Amazon Web Services (AWS), reached out to CROWN and invited us to participate in a site-wide audit to provide them with actionable recommendations. Our team went through the intricate process of wire-framing, examining the website’s ecosystem, and auditing both AWS and direct competitors while drawing inspiration from other international leaders outside of the webservice industry—enabling AWS to showcase a streamlined source of information targeted for their keystone audiences.
PEAK season at Amazon is the busiest time of the year for this global e-commerce giant. From logistics and operations to distribution of online sales, it is vital that each month of the Peak season moves seamlessly from one to the next. CROWN created infographics for the Employee Engagement Team—providing Amazon distribution workers with informative and easy-to-digest graphics that showcased the flow during PEAK through the warehouse system.
The Amazon All-Hands Meeting is an annual conference where all company employees are invited to attend—providing Amazon’s executive team a global platform to thoroughly address their employees, dive into reports, and facilitate internal thought-leadership. CROWN supported this global event with public facing posters, wayfinding signs, and physical tickets that made a lasting-impression as well as a professional memento for the attendees.
In 2019, Amazon introduced a new annual conference focused on artificial intelligence: Amazon re:MARS (Machine Learning, Automation, Robotics and Space). CROWN supported the leaders of this cutting-edge conference by creating informational powerpoints for keynote speakers that were filled to the brim with complex information in an eye-catching and easy-to-digest format.
When our clients want to accomplish the impossible, they know who to call. When Amazon Music put The Head and The Heart on top of Pike Place for a public concert, they reached out to CROWN to make a special component. We designed a set of chic badges that clearly denoted backstage authorization levels and served as a keepsake for the employees who curated this historic event.
The Alexa Prize team organizes a global university competition designed to accelerate advancement in conversational AI. CROWN worked with our client to finalize and publish the 2018 competition’s proceedings in a special journal.
Amazon Prime Day Concert
In 2019, Amazon capped off their summer Prime Day with a mind-blowing music surprise, a concert featuring Katy Perry, CYN, & Lil Nas X held at Seattle’s CenturyLink Field. CROWN was delighted to support this concert with over 200 pieces of signage and graphics that conveyed the clients intended emotions—a free-spirited, once-in-a-lifetime, summer extravaganza.
There’s no sweeter satisfaction than getting to see your client beam alongside Jeff Bezos, Lil Nas X, and Katy Perry after a successful concert!
Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) is a service provided by Amazon that provides storage, packaging, and shipping assistance to sellers—clear communication is the cornerstone of this program. CROWN tackled our client’s issue by designing upbeat informational graphics to visually convey each step of the program to the sellers.
