Tegria

Tegria is a forward-thinking healthcare innovator, blending technology and expertise to make healthcare better, simpler, and more effective. They improve care, cut hospital and patient costs, and keep people healthy with smart, streamlined solutions.

As a strategic advisor to senior Tegria leadership, CROWN assisted with the strategy and communications around the combination of three portfolio companies into one entity to establish a platform for future growth, step one of which was an ‘enterprise transaction’ to form a single cap table and governance structure with an optimization of operations the following year.

In addition to helping craft the M&A transaction deck defining enterprise value, valuation, governance approval, board structure and timeline, in addition to market opportunities, competitive advantages, and strategic goals, leading to a combined company with $180MM in annual recurring revenue, CROWN created positioning and messaging aimed at helping employees and customers understand the benefits of the alignment.
