Sophisticated, statistically relevant sweepstakes testing on social media audiences was just one
of the things we did on behalf of our financially savvy client. Our tests were devised to pinpoint the best cadence and offer that appealed to a young (18-25 year-old) audience.

Announcing winners on a weekly basis was more effective at driving engagement than a daily or monthly winning cadence, and offering a prize valued at $100 encouraged more participation than both prizes valued at $5 or $500. Tying prizes to something concrete that the audience can visualize, e.g. a Sephora gift card, is more effective than just offering cash!
