Amazon Operations
Amazon Peak
CROWN partnered with the Amazon Ops Employee Engagement team to design the Peak season campaign kit—from posters and digital screens to videos and swag—helping associates worldwide feel recognized and energized during Amazon’s busiest time of year.
Every year, Peak season (mid-October through January) pushes Amazon’s fulfillment network to its limits. With staffing surges, time-off freezes, and intensified expectations, associates often face stress and disconnection from the bigger picture. Ops EE needed a campaign that both supported business goals and boosted morale, keeping hundreds of thousands of associates worldwide motivated and safe during the busiest time of year.
What We Did
CROWN collaborated with the Ops EE team (#vestlife) to create a global creative kit that could be handed off to regional teams and adapted locally, while staying consistent with Amazon’s overall Peak campaign.
-
Creative Directions: Explored multiple territories—Keep It 100, Gratitude, and Together We Are Amazon—grounded in social listening and associate insights to ensure messaging felt authentic, relatable, and positive.
-
Visual Assets: Produced posters, table talkers, digital signage, T-shirt graphics, recognition pins, and swag to infuse energy and recognition across fulfillment centers.
-
Digital & Social: Built Instagram frames, templates, and content for @amazonvestlife to drive peer-to-peer recognition, sharing, and organic reach.
-
Video & Storytelling: Crafted short-form video content profiling “history-makers,” site moments, and leader messages—used both on internal ACID screens and social platforms to spread recognition.
- Campaign Kit Distribution: Delivered complete design kits for global rollout, color-coded by month, with reusable files that local teams could adapt to their sites and regions.
Impact
-
Employee Engagement: Campaign materials helped associates feel valued and connected to Amazon’s mission during Peak—evidenced by positive engagement and adoption at fulfillment centers worldwide.
-
Social Growth: Targeted social activations contributed to measurable follower and engagement growth for @amazonvestlife.
- Operational Alignment: Provided Ops EE with a scalable toolkit—ensuring consistency across hundreds of sites while allowing for local customization.

Amazon FBA
Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) is a service provided by Amazon that provides storage, packaging, and shipping assistance to sellers—clear communication is the cornerstone of this program. CROWN clarified the FBA journey with upbeat visuals—and partnered on an FBA podcast pilot (episode templates, Anchor workflow, transcriptions, and a custom jingle) to turn expert knowledge into seller-friendly audio.
FBA is one of Amazon’s most important services for third-party sellers—covering storage, packaging, and shipping. But the program’s onboarding and process steps can be complex, and sellers often struggled to clearly understand how FBA worked. Amazon needed approachable, visual and audio communication that explained the program clearly and encouraged adoption.
What We Did
Working closely with the FBA team, CROWN produced a suite of informational graphics and iconography to make the FBA journey clearer and friendlier:
-
Step-by-Step Graphics
Created upbeat, easy-to-follow illustrations breaking down the full FBA workflow—from sending inventory to Amazon warehouses through packaging, shipping, and customer delivery.
-
Visual System & Icons
Designed custom iconography to support digital, email, and presentation use. These visuals gave internal teams and seller-facing campaigns a consistent look and feel.
-
Seller Education Assets
Delivered collateral suitable for onboarding materials, help pages, and campaign toolkits—ensuring sellers had quick, visual cues for how to succeed with FBA. - Podcast Pilot
Created a podcast aimed at demystifying FBA via conversations with experts and sellers, incl. episode templates, editorial calendar, production plan, sonic branding, and custom jingle for the series. -
Presentation Support
Delivered polished, seller-facing decks that reused the icon system and diagrams for consistent storytelling.
Impact
- Clarity for Sellers: Reduced friction in understanding how FBA works, with visuals and an audio format that met sellers where they are.
- Reusable System: A toolkit (icons, diagrams, templates, editorial spine) that internal teams could scale across channels—decks, email, site, and podcast.
