The agency operates a social media command center that has been recognized as best-in-class by SocialMedia.org, providing real-time monitoring, asset production, and cross-channel distribution throughout the duration of an event.

CROWN uses a hub-and-spoke reporting model in which on-site content teams move through the event to document sessions, participants, and emergent storylines. Field teams capture short-form video, interviews, environmental footage, and artifacts of audience behavior, while the central command center processes, edits, publishes, and boosts assets in near real time.

Event programs also frequently integrate branded merchandise and on-site distribution systems, aligning physical collateral with social content to support unified event presence and post-event continuity.
