POG's initial challenge was the need to modernize its brand to align with its market position and growth objectives. Crown Social focused on refreshing key customer-facing and sales materials, ensuring the POG team was equipped with professional, high-impact assets.
  • New Website Redesign: Crown Social took over POG’s website redesign to create a modern, high-impact site. This optimization effort included creating new pages (e.g., 'Roasters' and 'Snacks') and adding a feature to highlight POG's Forbes article on the homepage.
  • Product Catalog and Price List Design: To professionalize the sales tool kit, Crown Social redesigned POG’s core product documentation.
    • Product Book: New concepts for the main Product Book cover were developed with a "coffee related w/ a NW flair." The final version was approved by the POG leadership team.
    • Price Lists & New Menus: Updated price lists were created, and the partnership supported POG’s expansion into a new line of business, including the design of an Alcohol Menu after the company obtained its liquor license.
